About
Irene Duma is a new media producer, writer, director and founder of Strange Duck Media.
While working at the Ontario Science Centre she found it way more fulfilling to get the parents and grandparents of children to make paper, than the kids they were escorting – who often had just made paper the week before at scouts, and would most likely make it again 5 times before the year was out. Meanwhile the parents or grandparents standing patiently behind the youngsters, had never been offered the opportunity to make paper, nor to stick their hands in a bowl of plant mash, to scoop it up with a net, then press it, squeeze it, and finally admire their final results. And the chances of them being able to do this elsewhere was pretty slim.
So Irene made it her mission to get as many adults as possible to make their own paper, or to touch the ball that makes your hair stand up, or to fly like Superman against a green screen. Sometime all it took for a visitor to experience the “wow” or “aha” factor was to get them to press the red button on the machine that made it start and go whirr.

Hi Irene Duma.
I really would like to know which kind of chord progression should I use for a Intro,Verse,Chorus,Bridge and Outro. I know each part starts on diferent chords, but I’m confused,in a book it states that I can start on different chords progressions belonging to the same key. And in another book it states that each progression should start in a diferent key. which one is right? Here is an example of what I am talking about: Verse:F-G-Dm-G, Chorus C-Am-F-G this is in the same key. Verse F-G-Dm-G, Chorus Bb-A-E. this is in diferent key. Can you please clarify this for me?
Thank you,
Christopher Vega
